It is a pleasure for us to announce that as of today, awamo® 360 serves more than 500,000 consumers in Uganda and Kenya.

Those 500k consumers are the clients of 400+ local microfinance institutions and SACCOs. To date, awamo® 360 has facilitated transactions worth more than EUR 55m in total.

And there is more to expect in the future:
From this week, all awamo customers are able to automatically send SMS receipts to their clients, and from late 2019, all awamo customers will be able to transact funds using all availabe mobile money providers in Kenya and Uganda.
