We are glad to announce that Sonja Rossteuscher has agreed to join our advisory board to support us with regards to financial and business process management. Sonja is currently Managing Director of Triple S Advisory & Consulting, focused on providing expertise in the areas of finance, process implementation and improvement, and governance.

She has over 15 years’ experience in finance, investments, strategy and project management in Canada, Germany, Korea, and several sub-Saharan African countries. Until recently, she was member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer of ADC African Development Corporation AG until its amalgamation with Atlas Mara in mid-2015. ADC was focused on private equity investments in banking and financial technology with the vision of becoming a leading merchant banking group in the sub-Saharan African region.

Sonja studied Business Administration at the University of British Columbia and completed her MBA at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland, where she maintains an active role at present as speaker and contributor to the MBA program. Following her MBA in 2006, she joined Robert Bosch GmbH in Stuttgart as part of the strategic planning unit, and later as director, New Business Areas where she was responsible for negotiating and setting up a joint venture with a Samsung subsidiary in Korea. Sonja deepened her automotive and finance experience at Tristone Flowtech, a mid-size Tier-one automotive supplier, as managing director and Chief Financial Officer at its global headquarters after the firm was carved out of a Swedish conglomerate by a German private equity company and required a transitional CFO to set up finance and treasury processes, as well as corporate tax and legal functions.
